 Rita,

My experience with our pig “Meatball” and dealing with Trace has been beyond positive. They are completely professional and are ALWAYS responsive to my calls and questions. Meatball is fantastic!!! Sleeps in bed with us every night, was litter box trained in 4 days, was NO problem to train him to do his business outside when he was old enough, is supper intelligent, and loves people (especially children) and dogs. I did a tremendous amount of homework and called on numerous references before finally choosing Trace and TLC. If you choose to adopt a piglet from TLC you’re making the right choice. I was pleasantly surprised at their professionalism and how much they care. There was NEVER a time that Trace did not immediately respond to me.

Good luck and feel free o contact me.

 Regards,

 Thad Luzzi

I will advise anyone who wants a pig to get one from you! You have been very honest and have answered all my questions at all hours of the day. Hi Trace,

Included in this email you will find 3 pictures of "Julia" who we adopted 1-week ago. Her transport went well, and we picked her up from the airport without any problems. She ate right away and even spent some time bonding with us before we traveled the journey home. She has acclimated wonderfully into our home and family. Each day she would warm up a little more. Now, she grunts when she can hear us down the hall and is happily waiting at her gate every morning. We spend lots of time loving on her as a family, and she is part of the bedtime "snuggle and read a book" routine. :)

Her first vet checkup went great. We gave her her first round of ivermectin tonight with  dinner tonight.  The vet said that she looks great all around from head to toe, and her scar is healing perfectly.

 - Current weight: 6lbs

 - Diet and portions: she eats 1/4c 7a and 5p everyday

 - Exercise and activity: she typically goes outside with us daily and walks

around the property on a leash (if it's not too cold), and she and the kids

chase each other around whenever they get the chance.

 - Attitudes/Behaviors/Tricks: she is learning to walk with her harness and a

leash, goes potty in her litter box (except one day we were so busy and passing

her by with not much attention & she went potty right outside her box until we

chase each other around whenever they get the chance.
spent time with her & resumed going in the letterbox since), loves her blankets
& to snuggle, getting better at riding in the car, moans/& softly grunts when
you scratch behind her ears & often times it puts her to sleep, wags her tail
when we come in sight, smacks her lips & squeaks, working on come/sit/stay/no
 commands

 - Name: we named her Violet! (Violet Burnadette Franks to be exact)
 - Birthdate: June 24, 2013
 - Projected adult weight and class: 13-17lbs and Micro Mini Teen
Thank you so much for our pig; we love her dearly!

Everything went great. (Above and beyond expectation). You will love dealing with Trace, she is great to deal with and she is always there for you if have any questions or concerns. Our piglet is great he has been unbelievable to work with and he has become a great part of our family.

My wife and I keep laughing about how small he is. We had a previous pig. The breeder swore he would not get over 40lbs. By the time he was six months old he was 78lbs. and by a year old he was over a 100lbs.

Our piglet from TLC is a little over 8 months and he weighs around 18 + lbs. and he is extremely intelligent and affectionate. He sleeps with me every night. We have a vacation home in Cape Cod Mass. Our piglet’s favorite activities are playing on the beach and swimming. I’m not kidding when I say he loves to swim!! He will spend hours swimming and going completely under water. He swims better than my dog.

Believe me, after our first experience, I was overly concerned about the size. We are so happy with our TLC pig. He is tiny and smart. He goes outside and back in on command. He has been doing this for months. I put some serious hours into finding the best breeder with the best piglets and it paid off 10 fold. I’m 44 years old, I miss him during the day and I get excited like a child when I get home to see him. My wife calls him the mayor because at Cape Cod we have a walk and bicycle path that runs directly in front of our house and he sits in front of our glass door just waiting for someone to go by. Once he sees some he lets out his “I want to go outside oink” (he has a different noise for everything he wants or wants to do) so he can go socialize. Everyone within a 2 mile radius knows our pig “Meatball”. So my wife calls him the politician. Listen I could go on for ever about him. I can tell you if you want the best, smartest, best behaved and most lovable pet pig, go no further than TLC Piglets.

Good luck you will not be disappointed!!!

If you have any additional questions or you need any additional information, please feel free to contact me on my cell phone at any time.

Regards, would not get over 40lbs. By the time he was six months old he was 78lbs. and by a year o

Hey Trace it's Thad L. with our pig Yaro. I have to tell you (again) how great our pig is. He is brilliant!!!! Communicates better, clearer and more concise than some of my adult  friends. He is so affectionate and understands us. He is by far the smartest, easiest, loving and most interacting animal we have ever had. He is simply the best. Thank you again and again from my whole family. Also I have no problem if you forward any referrals to me. They are simple to respond to. Happy Mothers Day.

Hortence AKA Ellie is amazing!  From the moment I picked her up at the airport, we connected.  I was shocked at how tiny she was and hearing her little grunts, I couldn't wait to get her out of her carrier!  As soon as we got in the car, she drank water and nibbled on some of her pellets.  She sat calmly on my lap the whole ride home.  Just as predicted by Trace and CJ, on her first night home she slept in her litter box!  I had a little trouble getting her to go potty in the correct spot for her first day or two at home, but once I took Trace and CJ's advice by using wood pellets as her litter instead of ripped up newspaper, there was immediate success!  She knows exactly where to potty and is very proud of herself every time I praise her for a great job!  Ellie is a doll.  She loves getting her belly scratched, napping on my lap, and putting her little snout against my nose.  My vet says she is the tiniest and best looking mini pig he's ever seen.  She was only 4.2 lbs at our first visit!  Ellie is adapting wonderfully into my home and bonding with myself and my two dogs.  She is worth every second of the wait and I fall more and more in love every single day.

I purchased my TLC piglet about a month ago and it has been an incredible experience so far. After losing my Italian Greyhound, Penny, after fourteen years, I was not ready to move into my own place without a special companion. I knew I could never replace her with another dog and family cat allergies were also an issue. Then I saw a mini pig on television and started my research. After speaking to multiple sellers, I decided that I wanted to purchase my piglet from TLC Piglets. Trace prepared me completely before bringing home my piglet, which I know started him and I out on the right foot... Or in his case, hoof.

The woman at the airport said that he was 'as quiet as a church mouse' when he got off the airplane. He did a few small oinks on the way home. At this point, I have learned to identify what he wants by the type of noises he makes!
Edgar (previously known as Becker) is now litter box trained, walks on a harness and leash, and goes to obedience training. He sits on command after just three days and I use a 'clicker' with training. My plan for him is to become a therapy animal so he already very well socialized with children and adults. He plays with my parents dogs and chases them around the yard.
Since his arrival he has seen all of the weather New England has to offer. As long as he has on his sweater he does not seem to mind!
Edgar's first vet check up went smoothly and agreed that I got very lucky to have purchased him from a responsible breeder.

JULY 17,2012

As you'll see from the pictures Mika is doing really well :-)  She is about 11.5 lbs now and her 13 month birthday will be this week on the 19th.  She loves the outdoors and doesn't hesitate to make a dash out with the dogs whenever possible.  The biggest change this month is we've gone "free range piggy" which means that Mika has free run in part of the house when we are at work or whenever we are out for an evening, etc.  (However, so you know, for safety's sake Mika and our dogs are always separated when we are not home to supervise.) Previously Mika was confined to her "bedroom" if we went out but we felt she was old enough and her potty training was reliable enough to try leaving her out on her own now.  The area she has access to has been piggy proofed so there are no wires to tempt her or cabinets she can open to get into food or cleaners etc.  As expected it has been a great success and advancement for Mika.  She really seems to enjoy her new independence and settled right in to spend her time either lounging on our couch nestled under her favorite blanket, or happily sunning herself in the rays of sunshine that stream through our back window in the morning.

As always Mika continues to charm and amaze everyone she meets with her sweet, funny nature, and of course her tiny stature!  People are always astounded when they see how small she really is.  I can't tell you how many times I've heard someone say "wow, that is the smallest pig I've ever seen!"  She is also still a very affectionate piggy and we fight to take turns every night getting to cuddle with her on the couch, lol.

Well, I hope you enjoy her new pics!  And I hope that you, your family, and all your animals on the ranch are happy and healthy.  We will check in again next month, until then take care!

Good luck and feel free to contact me.

Regards,

Hortence AKA Ellie is amazing! From the moment I picked her up at the airport, we connected. I was shocked at how tiny she was and hearing her little grunts, I couldn't wait to get her out of her carrier! As soon as we got in the car, she drank water and

nibbled on some of her pellets. She sat calmly on my lap the whole ride home. Just as predicted by Trace, on her first night home she slept in her litter box! I had a little trouble getting her to go potty in the correct spot for her first day or two at home, but once I took Trace's advice by using wood pellets as her litter instead of ripped up newspaper, there was immediate success!

OCTOBER 2012 TESTIMONIAL:

I've been giving you a glowing reference.

Here is a testimonial of my experience

I purchased my TLC piglet about a month ago and it has been an incredible experience so far. It should be noted that TLC Piglets.
